大白鯊吞海獅 噎死澳洲海灘

一頭巨大的大白鯊可能是因吞入一頭海獅噎死，17日擱淺在澳洲伯斯以北的加冕海灘死亡。

西澳漁業部發表聲明說，大白鯊並無「受傷或生病跡象」，但發現喉嚨有隻巨大的澳大利亞海獅。

科學家指出，沙魚可能一直試圖移除阻塞物，「這可解釋為什麼這頭沙魚會出現這種不尋常的行為」。

科學家說：「這麼大的物體可能導致沙魚的內臟受損或阻礙水流進他的腮，造成牠的死亡。此外，沙魚可能是在試圖擺脫阻塞物時，困在沙灘上。」
