【Dr說】用可樂沖陰道可「殺精」?

西洋情人節將至，年輕情侶一時「性」起，恐沒戴保險套就直接上陣，導致意外懷孕，網路傳聞，嘿咻後，女性站在原地跳動，讓精子從下體排出可避孕，或是拿可樂沖洗陰道「殺精」。台北中山醫院婦產科醫師郭安妮說，這些避孕法都是無稽之談，若擔心懷孕，女性應於嘿咻後72小時內服用事後避孕藥。

郭安妮表示，最有效的避孕方式是男方戴保險套，女方吃避孕藥，若沒做好防備且體內射精，女生事後怎麼跳都無法確保不｢中獎｣，只能在72小時內服用事後避孕藥；而可樂沖洗陰道不但無法殺精，還會破壞陰道酸鹼值，增加感染陰道炎風險。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
