瞳距 pd & npd ?

幾天前去了好市多做了免費驗光，好像是電腦自動驗光，一下就好了，小姐就拿了一張機器列印的傳真紙給我，

看了一下度數還好沒增加很多，只是最下面一行數字有點疑問？

PD: 70 ADD: 1.00 NPD: 65

ADD: 1.00 這是老花吧！

那PD: 70 是瞳距 NPD: 65 是近看瞳距？

那我配眼鏡時瞳距要選70 還是 65啊？相差0.5mm蠻多的

還是折衷選啊？
