沙加緬度國王日前找來傳奇教頭George Karl擔任總教練，趕在交易截止日前，球隊替他挖來老將Andre Miller。

Miller是Karl的愛將，兩人前前後後在丹佛金塊合作近6個球季。

Miller生涯場均14.7分、7.6助攻，本季在華盛頓巫師雖然得分不高，命中率維持54.2%高水準，而且只缺席3場，即將邁入39歲的他依然「鐵人」。

國王是以控衛Ramon Sessions換來Miller，交易消息一出，《ESPN》以「Karl得到他的人了」為題發布快訊，許多美媒也認為此舉和新教頭絕對脫不了干係。
