「海納知音-基隆海大國際音樂交流平臺」音樂會明天（28）起在海洋大學海洋廳一連舉辦五天，海洋大學表示，這場音樂會由一群平均年齡不到21歲的海大學生策劃，除了「開幕音樂會」的小提琴協奏曲演出，還有「音樂講座」、「世界音樂之夜」、「室內樂之夜」、「管樂大師之夜」，4月1號壓軸的「閉幕音樂會」也將有歐洲最高薪的打擊樂團，瑞士DeciBells打擊樂團將以顛覆傳統的現代音樂，挑戰音樂的極限，詳情可上網（http://2015ntoufestival.wix.com/home）查詢。
