大巨蛋不停工北市府開罰遠雄150萬

大巨蛋施工疑造成松山菸廠古蹟鍋爐房煙道出現裂痕，大煙囪出現傾倒問題，台北市長柯文哲今天上午說，如果不能解決，就要暫時停工。下午遠雄派員赴市府報告後，北市府發言人林鶴明表示，遠雄表示已經做補強作業，現在沒問題，但市府認為古蹟周邊很多監測點已經達行動值標準，違反環評規定，因此開罰150萬，並要求盡速送補強計畫，「愈快愈好」。

為何不停工？林說，因工程現狀技術問題，無法馬上停工，因此會繼續施工，但相關監測值市府會持續監控。
