洪仲丘枉死 軍檢約談范佐憲等惡人

【王烱華／台北報導】陸軍第6軍團542旅下士洪仲丘枉死案，高等軍事法院檢察署上午傳訊前醫官呂孟穎、洪的同袍劉烜揚、六軍團裝甲542旅政戰主任戴家有、上士范佐憲及士官長陳以人。據了解，軍檢是針對部隊內所傳出的謠言進行比對，以釐清涉案人的關係與所犯的罪行。

至於范佐憲與陳以人是否今日會被聲押，國防部法律事務司審判事務處副處長沈世偉則表示，目前偵查不公開，無法評論此事。
