有時突然無法連線

昨天在YouTube看影片看到一半，影片顯示部分突然變得一片黑，要求重新開啟
之後就不知道出了什麼問題，網路使用大概二十幾分鐘就會突然斷線
有時連接到下一個頁面突然斷線時，可以按上一頁，前兩三個瀏覽過的頁面還可以連線

斷連線問題就會說是防火牆設定值的問題
無法用HTTP、HTTPS、FTP連線到網路??
要檢查HTTP(80)連接埠、HTTPS(443)連接埠、FTP(21)連接埠...
但什麼事都不做，十幾分鐘後又可以正常連線
之後就會一直重複斷線連線的問題...

請幫幫我><
