前副總統呂秀蓮下午與本土社團代表舉行記者會，宣佈原定二十五日進行的絕食救扁行動，因應法務部擴大對扁醫療鑑定小組，她決定讓醫療小組有充分的時間，仔細完善的檢查陳前總統的身體狀況，將絕食行動延後三天進行。
