德法院護男人站立尿尿權利

男人應站著或坐著尿尿的辯論，在德國可不是開玩笑，法院今天裁定，支持男人有權站立尿尿。

本案出於一名房東指控房客尿滴在廁所大理石地板上，以地板遭破壞為由，要扣留一部分3000歐元押金。

路透社報導，德國有些廁所標記紅色禁令，禁止站姿尿尿。但是對坐著尿尿的男人也有一個帶貶意的詞Sitzpinkler，指這不是男人的行為。

杜塞道夫市（Dusseldorf）法官漢克（StefanHank）說，堅持站立撒尿的男人「必須預期會與同住一屋的人，尤其是女性， 偶發爭論」，但是不能拿來追究因此連帶發生的損壞。

他說：「儘管男人在此事上馴化程度提高，站立撒尿仍十分普遍。」
