我在3年前租了一間雅房..搬進去發現會有壁癌..我就自己買的壁紙用雙面膠貼了兩面牆壁然後在上個月退租房東說要把壁紙弄掉然後雙面膠除掉但之後他又說這樣子你要再幫我重新粉刷牆壁..我點點點哩這樣好像變成我是惡意破壞我覺得好像不對我是否要幫他重新粉刷牆壁呢!!還是可以不用理他
