92歲老翁陰莖啪斷　「都是they的錯」

美國加州一名92歲老翁柯林斯(Rupert Collins)自稱他的導尿管出現問題，讓生殖器受到感染，但健康管理保險公司卻不理不睬，讓他無法及時動手術，最後導致陰莖啪斷，他近日上法院控告保險公司。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，柯林斯表示，他的生殖器內裝有導尿管，但在去年7月開始出現問題，有紅腫症狀。柯林斯的治療醫院曾寫信給保險公司，希望公司處理後能讓柯林斯進行手術。2天後醫院為柯林斯的病情召開會議，但保險公司卻未派人到場。柯林斯說，導尿管的問題一直未獲得解決，保險公司始終不理不睬，讓醫院沒辦法為他動手術。之後柯林斯讓女兒來檢查他的陰莖，發現他的陰莖已經啪斷，讓柯林斯相當憤怒。

現在柯林斯對保險公司提起訴訟，但保險公司對於柯林斯的指控，目前仍一概否認。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
