辦4G結果沒訊號？NCC籲善用7天試用方案

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）今表示，為了讓民眾了解行動電話費率使用狀況，除從去年10月起要求提供當月行動數據使用量外，並從今年1月起要隨帳單通知資費試算結果及建議最適資費方案，供消費者參考。

對於部分民眾抱怨申辦4G後覺得訊號涵蓋範圍、傳輸速度不如預期，NCC也呼籲民眾善加利用行動通信業者所提供行動上網免費試用7天方案，待確定上網與收訊狀況符合需求後再行租用，另也責成業者落實免費試用機制，減少消費爭議。（朱正庭/台北報導）
