隨身碟出現Explorer.exe的病毒

我將隨身碟插入電腦的USB插座後，McAfee防毒軟體掃描到Explorer.exe病毒，問題是如果移除了Explorer.exe會怎麼樣?

因為我不是對程式遼解透徹所以我不知道移除會對隨身碟怎麼樣！

如果能修復該怎麼修復?

請各位高手指導我該如何處理問題！
