夜店殺警案　 警再移送3嫌

夜店殺警案偵查佐薛貞國明天出殯，警方日以繼夜持續偵辦17天，昨日警方移送的犯嫌許淳凱也遭檢方收押，昨晚警方在逮3嫌，其中竹聯幫平堂份子張程翔29歲，被監視器拍到用腳踹薛貞國，昨天他向刑事局投案；另有人指認，案發時看到張福生21歲在場及李岳澤20歲動手打薛，警方昨晚也將兩人拘提到案，晚間將3人移送地檢署。
 
案發後警方將重要主嫌一一拘提到案，下午警方在將3人移送地檢署偵辦，截至下午6時止總共拘提移送42人；檢方收押14人，其中包含主嫌曾威豪劉芯彤及蕭叡鴻，還有碰觸到紅龍柱的嫌犯9人，及出重手毆打薛的共犯，警方誓將中山聯盟徹底瓦解，已慰薛貞國在天之靈。（簡銘柱／台北報導）
