立委：不釐清MG149 就背葛審計部預算

立法院財政委員會今天上午進行審計部業務報告，部分立委將質詢焦點放在台大402專戶和MG149帳戶上，審計長林慶隆表示，台大402專戶是經過財政部核准的帳戶，在國庫署有登記，MG149帳戶則沒有登記，廠商捐款必須透過402專戶才能有收據，102年402專戶收入2億2300萬元，支出1億4500萬元，累計餘額10億6700萬元，其中是否包含MG149，審計部手上沒有資料。

費鴻泰表示，事情發生這麼多天了，審計部對於MG149帳戶卻還沒有收集完全，顯示效率有問題，要求審計部儘速查清楚台大402和MG149帳戶相關情況，否則一日不收集完資料，審計部預算就沒有過關的時候。
