報塑身專家爛腿血拚　《壹週刊》判免賠

《壹週刊》2011年1月20日以「爛腿上街血拼，張淳淳被爆欠人版稅」為題，報導塑身專家張淳淳被作家瑞奇（朱俊憲）控訴欠14萬元版稅、住院時還曾外出購物，張認為報導不實，且是朱男還欠她書款，因此提告要求朱男還她28萬元，並與《壹週刊》連帶賠償150萬元及登報道歉；台北地院認為，報導並無不實，判朱與《壹週刊》免賠免登報，但朱男的確欠張女書款，判朱男應還23萬餘元；仍可上訴。

對此壹傳媒法務經理葉錫波說：「記者除了採訪瑞奇外，也另有進行多方查證，確信真實後才報導，感謝法官依法判決。」

張女指控，朱男向《壹週刊》不實爆料指她欠版稅，還說她抽脂手術後雖發生感染而住院，但還能外出購物；台北地院審理認為，朱男與張女間的確有版稅糾紛，且張女住院期間，的確有外出購物、陪女兒並與房仲聯絡的事實，因張女先前已舉辦記者會指控整型整所醫療疏失，媒體針對她的病況進行相關報導，是就可受公評事項評論，沒有侵犯張女隱私，報導也非虛構，判免賠。（劉志原╱台北報導）
