港高院禁佔據 黃之鋒：不會呼籲撤離

香港高等法院接連頒布臨時禁制令禁止佔領人士繼續佔據旺角道路、添美道一帶道路，學民思潮召集人黃之鋒說不會呼籲撤離，但希望佔領者考慮法律後果。

明報報導，繼旺角的臨時禁制令後，高等法院再頒布臨時禁制令，禁止佔據金鐘添美道一帶道路，即政府總部及立法會大樓對開的道路。

學民思潮召集人黃之鋒回應說，不會因為高等法院頒令禁制佔領行動而呼籲撤離，但希望佔領者考慮法律後果，重申運動屬公民抗命，強調結束後會向警方自首。他也呼籲，旺角的學生可稍微後退、轉作支援角色。

「占中三子」之一的戴耀民也說，法院發出禁制令後，如果市民仍繼續佔領，可能構成藐視法庭罪，可能被罰款甚至坐牢，但他也說，公民抗命的參與者，到時會承受法律責任。
