房價到底跌不跌~跌多少?
專家昨天才剛說房價跌定了，今日又會有專家說想跌還早得很，
從奢侈稅、房地和一、2014選舉、2016大選，每天都有新的議題在吵，
多空交戰，無限迴圈，但房價到底跌了多少，誰人知?
這麼多房仲業者與政府機關，為什麼沒有詳細的數據分析每個縣市地區近幾年房價變化，把數據交給新聞媒體阿~~讓他們天天報阿~~要讓人民有感阿~~
每個人都在等房價最低點才要買房，但殊不知大家都是溫水煮青蛙，
台灣不是只有天龍國有房住，也不是只有天龍國有房子可買，
政府與媒體作為實在失望~~
